Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Option
If you received the wrong size, color, or product, you may request an exchange instead of refund.
